Description | This 35mm colour slide is of a painting by Avinash Chandra which he completed soon after he graduated from Delhi Polytechnic Art School in 1952. During this time, his landscape paintings were reminiscent of his hometown, Simla in North India. The watercolour painting depicts houses, trees and boats in reds, blues and browns with black outlines. |
