This is an information card for writer and artist Prafulla Mohanti. An exhibition of his paintings was held at the Horizon Gallery from 9 August to 2 September 1989. The card contains a page written by the artist exploring his influences as an artist and a brief biography. The card also includes personal comments about Prafulla Mohanti’s work by Lord Asa Briggs, the then Provost of Worcester College, Oxford and Dr L P Sihare, then the Director of National Museum in New Delhi, India. The front of the information card depicts an image taken by Prodeepta Das, of a watercolour by Mohanti.
