In this illustration for Suniti Namjoshi’s fable ‘The Conversations of Cow’, the character Suniti is depicted seated at a table having a meal with two cows who are talking happily to one another. ‘The Conversations of Cow’ was published by the Women’s Press in London in 1985. The illustrations by Mary Meigs, were not used in the final publication of the fable.
