Sheila Chandra was an early pioneer of the British Indian pop music scene. In 1996, Sarvar Sabri performed on her first solo album ‘Out On My Own’, playing the tablas and Ghatam. The album was released on Caroline Records Inc. and features the Indian influenced pop/rock direction she developed with the band, Monsoon. This CD sleeve includes notes written by the singer as well as individual track details.
