Description | In 1994, Mán Melá produced a play about love and friendship between two men entitled ‘Romeo and Ram’. Directed by Dominic Rai, ‘Romeo and Ram’ was one of the company’s first productions and took the Shakespearean character, Romeo, and partnered him with a hero from the Hindu scriptures, Ram. This colour photograph features Mán Melá actors Kiran D’Costa and Sarjit Sil during rehearsals for ‘Romeo and Ram’. |
