This play formed part of a triple bill production by Mán Melá entitled ‘The Cornershop’. The show was directed by Mán Melá artistic director Dominic Rai, and toured nationally in April 2001.

The production was originally commissioned by The Hawth, Crawley, as part of a 3-year programme supported by the Arts Council of England, to encourage new British Asian theatre and to develop audiences for it.
